Questions

Why is most of it free?

Working out whether you can afford a home shouldn't sit behind a paywall. Pro covers the cost of running the AI planners, which is the one part that costs real money every time it's used.

Is Pro financial advice?

No. Pro gives you more AI planning help, but everything on SG Flatmate is a planning estimate, not financial, legal or tax advice. Always confirm with HDB, CPF Board, IRAS or your bank before committing.

Do I need an account?

Only for Pro, so we know who bought it. Everything else works without logging in.
