Renovation jobs from customers who've already done their sums
People come to SG Flatmate to plan their home, renovation and wedding with real Singapore numbers. When they're ready, they ask for quotes, and interior designers and renovation firms like you receive the request with everything already filled in.
What every request tells you
- Flat type and size, new or resale
- Rooms and scope, from hacking to carpentry
- Budget, and whether it's flexible
- Key collection date and move-in deadline
So you quote real jobs with real budgets, not browsers asking "how much ah".
How it works
- Create your profile: services, areas, a starting price and your UEN. Most companies are verified with ACRA straight away.
- Matching requests arrive by email and on your dashboard. Reply, ask a question or decline.
- Send your quote. Customers compare quotes side by side and book the one they choose.
No commission on work you win.
